Dynamics is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Front-End developer to join
our team. You will be taking the designs created by UI/UX designers and
add your magic of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to translate them into
dynamic and alive webpages.

Things you will be doing

• • Hard coding of CSS/XHTML (no Flash, Dreamweaver or FrontPage)
  • Build prototypes, mockups, and staging sites for review and feedback
  • Development and Documentation of user-centeric design methodologies, style guides, web standards, and CSS/XHTML best practices
  • Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds
  • Maintain code walkthroughs, testing, debugging, and QA

Experience and skills needed

• • 5+ years in a front end development role
  • Portfolio of past work and projects
  • Knowledge of standards-compliant, cross-browser compatible XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery, including CSS3 and HTML 5
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization techniques
  • Experience with Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite (ES2.5) and Adobe Digital Enterprise Platform (ADEP) is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the the web development process, specifically front end design and development
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers
