Your main responsibility is to keep the day to day liaison with our clients while track and coordinate all deliverables and deadlines throughout the project lifetime.

Things you will be doing

• • You will be responsible for existing account management and communications with clients and develop conflict resolutions
  • Initiate and maintain status and meeting reports
  • Provide direction to the agency team via the creative brief and communicate project phases and milestone
  • Organize, plan and manage work workflow
  • Developing plans to target new client prospects

Experience and technical skills needed

• • 5-6 years account management experience in an agency side, preferably in branding or a design studio
  • A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or business administration
  • Working knowledge across all types of media
  • Ability to quickly identify concerns, evaluate situations, and communicate challenges with the right people
  • Experience in estimation, costing, and negotiation
  • Experience in writing articulated briefs and conveying client needs
  • Dynamic and competitive spirit
  • Arabic language is Mandatory
